How to Use or Serving Suggestions

Cut off your desired amount of cacao.
Put in a stovetop pot with water and or milk.
Simmer for the cacao to melt and blend into the liquid.
You can add medicinal mushrooms, tonic herbs, spices or sweetener here at this point.
If you have a whizz stick, these are great for blending the cacao drink for it to become creamy.
Pour your ceremonial cacao into your favourite cup and enjoy.
